Contraindications include:

• Acute inflammation in progress (for instance phlebitis, thrombosis, or open wounds)

• Pregnancy

• Back or hip issues (unless approved by a medical provider)

The mPulse Believe is a state of the art Sauna uses 4 Waves including Red/Near, Mid, Far Infrared, and Red light therapy.

It uses smart technology allowing us to easily control the settings for each patient allowing for an individualized treatment.

While steam saunas and some infrared saunas rely on high heat to make you sweat from the surface, this technology if optimal between 110 to 130 degrees mimicking a mild fever to heat your core from the inside out. While you will likely sweat, it may not be the amount you have been used to with other saunas. This allows for deeper penetration of heat to activate your immune system and treat a wide variety of conditions safely.

The sauna contraindications are as follows:

• Pregnancy

• Fever or Insensitivity to heat

• Recent joint injury within 48 hours

• Pacemaker or Defibrillator. The magnets in the sauna can inhibit their output.

• Alcohol consumption within 6 hours of sauna use

• Hemophiliacs or anyone predisposed to excess bleeding

Please consult your health care provider for:

• Heart conditions or if taking medications for blood pressure, fluid retention, or irregular heart beat

• Children under the age of 15

• Adults over the age of 70

• Chronic conditions that reduce ability to sweat such as MS, Diabetes, Neuropathy, or Central Nervous System Tumors

Please be aware there will be a little bit of paperwork to fill out at the first appointment, we recommend arriving at least 5-10 minutes early to get it filled out!
