Arielle Dzaferagic, Holistic Health Coach

Arielle grew up in the cornfields of Wayne County, Ohio, where volleyball and the county fair were yearly highlights. Even as a child, she felt a strong pull toward sustainability and a deep connection to the natural world—interests that weren’t widely shared in her rural community. She went on to earn a BA in Communications from the University of Cincinnati and eventually settled in the greater Dayton area with her husband.
In 2017, Arielle became a stay-at-home mom, a role that profoundly shaped her path. When her daughter began experiencing unexplained health issues that traditional care couldn’t resolve, she refused to accept that chronic discomfort and medication should be lifelong norms. This sparked her deep dive into holistic health, non-toxic living, and self-advocacy. She began transforming their lifestyle and learning how to support healing through natural, whole-body approaches.
Her own health challenges later deepened this journey. After being dismissed by providers despite worsening symptoms, she began exploring deeper healing modalities. A powerful experience with a Reiki practitioner opened her to the energetic side of wellness. She quickly pursued mentorship and training, becoming a Reiki Master in 2022 after the birth of her second child.
What started as a mission to help her family soon became a calling to support others. After years of helping friends and loved ones, Arielle earned her certification as a Holistic Health Coach in 2025.
Today, she helps people reconnect with their body’s wisdom, guiding them to remember that healing comes from within—mind, body, and spirit. Arielle believes that everyone is their own healer—and her role is simply to help them remember the power that’s already within.
