Lindsay Duke, NBC-HWC, FMCHC

Lindsay was drawn to the field of health and wellness through her own journey with autoimmune disease, which opened her eyes to the power of root-cause healing. That experience sparked a deep passion to help others feel seen, heard, and empowered in their own healing journeys. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in Positive Psychology, and is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She also completed her certification through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, where she was trained to support sustainable lifestyle change within a functional medicine framework.
Lindsay’s coaching style reflects deep empathy, genuine curiosity, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change. She is passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe and supported as they clarify their wellness vision, connect with what matters most, and build on their strengths. Lindsay strives to foster meaningful conversations that lead to practical strategies, empowering clients to take consistent action and reach their health goals in a sustainable and lasting way.
Lindsay lives in Centerville with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on long walks or hikes, exploring small towns, perpetually rewatching Gilmore Girls, and continuing to learn about wellness and personal growth.
