My mother always said my first word as a baby was "nurse". I received my nursing diploma from Mt. Carmel School of Nursing and my bachelor's degree from Northern Kentucky University. Both educational programs encouraged and instilled a passion for holistic, integrative care with Mt. Carmel doing it before holistic care was vogue. My entire nursing career as a nurse, nurse coach, and CranioSacral therapist revolves around this philosophy.

Nursing led me through many insights as to how I can support people who are experiencing health issues. Most of my career was in labor and delivery and hospice nursing, but I was a public health nurse, cardiac and intensive care nurse, and a surgical nurse also. Hospice especially taught me what my life priorities are and to follow those priorities. Nursing in general led me to the understanding of the body's innate wisdom and its path for healing.
It was my own health crisis that introduced me to CranioSacral Therapy and many other healing modalities that contributed to my miraculous healing from a pituitary tumor. I have not stopped studying and learning since. As a partner in your health journey, I offer you integrative, evidence-based, supportive therapies and health education — modalities such as CranioSacral Therapy, Healing Touch, Reflexology, Guided Imagery, and Auricular Acupuncture — that are customized for your optimum health while honoring and facilitating your body's innate ability to heal.

Since 2002, I have offered these modalities to clients experiencing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual challenges. Lately, there is an uptick for trauma-based work. CranioSacral Therapy with somatic release offers a safe, comfortable way to facilitate the release of trauma, be it physical, emotional, sexual, or spiritual.

My goal is for clients to feel seen, heard, develop an understanding and acceptance for their journey and to experience healing. I am honored and blessed to be doing this transformative work and look forward to facilitating Partnered Healing clients' healing journeys.
